Stewardship and Engagement
I created the first university-wide Stewardship Plan which encompasses everything from gift acknowledgements to the thank you letter process and much more. I also established the first endowment report template that included a signed cover letter and historical fund data.
Impact Reports
I created the first ever CSUMB Foundation Impact Report which we titled the Foundation Annual Report Magazine or FARM for short. I was the Editor in Chief, managing vendors, staff, and content for seven straight years.
Campaign Leader
Co-chaired the first ever campaign at Cal State Monterey Bay, leading the team on all event coordination and collateral materials.
